The Automotive Technology Program provides educational experiences in automotive diagnostics and repair. Engine Performance, Electrical/Electronics, Brakes and Steering and Suspension are the main focus of the program’s instruction. As students progress, they can acquire knowledge of more complex diagnostic procedures utilizing computer systems. Students gain skills by using diagnostic equipment to repair customer vehicles. At the conclusion of each instructional section, the student is given the opportunity to achieve an industry-recognized credential through NATEF End-of Program Certification testing.
